Terms and Conditions

1. What ChauffeurMap is

ChauffeurMap is a GPS location and introduction service only. It is an invite-only network that helps vetted professional chauffeurs see which trusted members are available nearby and contact one another. We take no part in arranging, booking, pricing, paying for or carrying out any journey. Any job is agreed directly between members (typically on WhatsApp) and is entirely their own responsibility.

2. What ChauffeurMap is not

ChauffeurMap is not a private hire operator, booking platform, dispatcher, agent or employer. We are not a party to any job, agreement or payment between members. Negotiation, confirmation, performance and payment of work happen directly between members (typically on WhatsApp) and are entirely their responsibility. Each member is responsible for holding the licences and insurance their work requires.

3. Membership

• Membership is by invitation and subject to document review.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your documents (licence, insurance, vehicle) current. Expired documents suspend your access until re-verified.
• We may approve, refuse, suspend or revoke membership at our discretion, with reasons given for refusals and suspensions.

4. Subscriptions

• New members receive a free trial (currently 60 days), after which a paid subscription is required: 15 GBP per month for drivers, 50 GBP per month for companies and operators.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Lapsed members can still sign in but cannot appear on the map or send offers.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, harvesting of member details, or automation.
• No false location data or misrepresentation of availability.
• No abusive conduct toward members. Offer details must be genuine.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from work arranged between members, member conduct, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and contact
